Chef Steve Tkautz cut his teeth at Jack and Jills Fish Cafe Coogee before working at The London Hotel at Paddington. After starting up Balinese favourite fire starter he has returned to Sydney as Head Chef at the MPV. 

'He has produced a great Pub Food menu which is proving a hit with locals. With weekly specials and a terrific grazing menu it is food that have to try if you are stopping by in Sydney town.

Lunch: Monday to Friday - 11am till 3pm, Saturday - 11.30am till 9pm, Sunday - 11.30am till 8pm
Dinner: Monday - Friday 5pm till 9pm
